  We bought our home here is Marshall texas. The sales team was great but when we bought the home it has been leaking due to the sun deck. They came out to fix it an 3 years later we are still having problems with where it had leaked. All the boards on the sun deck had rotted due to using cheap wood.
  
  The air never worked an I called lots of times to tell them an they said it just got out side . well I had to pay 2,000 to have a new blower put in due to it having a hole in it from the day we bought it.
  We have not been happy with this home since we bought it. It's all been falling apart from the day we bought it. If we could do somethi g to get our money back or get a different home we would. We paid a good price for a piece of junk.. I have to say that Souther energy homes has been working with us to try an get it all fixed but it's just after you spent so much on a home that you thought was nice has turned out to be like this.
